We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your order does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be shipped within this 14-day period.

• Unwashed  
• In original condition  
• With all tags attached  
• In the original packaging  

Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted for return.

To process your return correctly, all returns must be registered through our official return portal before shipment. Returns sent without prior registration may be refused or returned to the sender.
